## Texas SB 17, one question per page
SB 17 of the 89th Texas Legislature (2025) restricts the acquisition of an interest in Texas real property by certain foreign governments, companies, and individuals, at Property Code sections 5.251 to 5.259. It is a different bill from SB 17 of the 88th Legislature (2023), which concerned DEI offices in public higher education.
